TRIP Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival + Welcome Dinner at the Hotel
Arrive in Istanbul. Most travelers will land between 4:00–6:00 PM. You’ll be greeted at the airport and transferred to our centrally located hotel. Settle in, unwind, and join us for a warm welcome dinner at the hotel—a gentle start to your curated Turkish escape.

Day 2 – Best of Istanbul + Bosphorus Dinner Cruise
After breakfast, we’ll head out for a guided walking tour of Istanbul’s most iconic sites:
Hagia Sophia
Blue Mosque
Hippodrome of Constantinople
Return in the afternoon to rest or explore on your own.
That evening, we’ll experience a spectacular dinner cruise on the Bosphorus, featuring Turkish Night Shows, belly dancing, live music, henna, and a beautiful multi-course meal on the water.

Day 3 – Grand Bazaar + Flight to Cappadocia
Enjoy a morning stroll and guided experience at the Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world.
After lunch, we’ll take a private transfer to the airport and catch our included domestic flight to Cappadocia. Settle into your luxury cave suite and enjoy the quiet magic of the region.

Day 4 – Hot Air Balloon Ride + Southern Cappadocia Tour + Photoshoot
We rise early for a sunrise hot air balloon ride—a once-in-a-lifetime experience over the fairytale landscapes of Cappadocia. A professional photographer will capture you in your flowing gown, elevated and glowing.
After breakfast, we’ll explore:

Day 5 – Northern Cappadocia + Horseback Riding + Return to Istanbul
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head into:
Göreme Open Air Museum

Pasabag (Monk’s Valley)
Then we’ll saddle up for a 1-hour horseback trail ride through Cappadocia’s rugged beauty.
Later that afternoon, we’ll catch our flight back to Istanbul and return to the hotel for our final night.

Day 6 – Free Day + Optional Turkish Bath (Hamam)
Your final full day is yours to move how you wish—shop, journal, nap, or sip Turkish tea.
Optional: indulge in a traditional Turkish hamam bath experience with steam, exfoliation, oils, and deep ritual cleansing.

Day 7 – Farewell + Departures

CHECK-IN
Hotel Requirements:
Check-in time at the hotel is 1 PM local time, so book your flights or plan your arrival time accordingly.
Your accommodation will be booked under the lead name of your booking. Anyone that is not named on your booking will not be permitted to stay in your room or attend the experiences. The lead person will be the one who actually checks into the property.
At the time of check-in, you will need to be 21 years of age, and present a valid Government-issued ID and a major credit card. The credit card will be used to cover incidental resort charges such as any optional room service or other purchases within the resort, and would also be used in the event that damages occur to the room (or for example smoking in a non-smoking room).

Our unique experiences are exclusive to members of The Booked Club and offered at exclusive member prices. However, there is limited availability on each trip so time is of the essence and you must be sure to register your place by March 20, 2026, and make sure you invite your fellow members to join you in making this exquisite experience into memories that last a lifetime.
In order to bring you the best experience in curated travel, our Trips require a minimum of 12 Members, to attend any one Trip. If the minimum number of attendees is not reached, the Trip will be canceled, and your deposit will be returned in full.

GETTING THERE
Round-trip transfers to the hotel from Istanbul Airport (IST) Note: Most U.S. travelers will need to depart the evening of May 3 to arrive by the 4th. (please ensure you have provided us with your arriving and departing flight information at least 14 days prior to departure).
Experience prices do not include airfare from the US to Turkey. It is highly recommended that you book as soon as possible since airfares typically increase as you approach your departure date. As you know, some flights are non-refundable. We highly recommend booking a refundable flight option, and consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason should your plans change.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things change, and so we recommend you purchase suitable travel insurance to cover reimbursement for the cost of this trip, as well as any airfare or other travel costs.
FINAL PAYMENT: Please note that the final payment is due March 20,2026. If payment is not received by that date your reservation will cancel with no refund. This is your responsblity to pay. Once you have made your booking there are no refunds permitted for cancellations after March 20, 2026, but you may be able to change the attendee names dependent on how close we are to departure.
