We're going to have so much fun!
Day 1 - Arrival Day
Arrive at the Resort and Check-in.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
Tonight there will be a team reception to meet everyone and the host to give any last-minute updates. Time and location TBA.
Day 2 - Guided Cenote and Tulum Ruins Tour
Today we will enjoy a full day of what Tulum has to offer! You will be picked up at the reosrt for your private tour. We will vist Gran Cenote which is one of Tulum's most popular cenotes. It comprises an open-air cenote surrounded by caves and offers 1,500 square feet of swimming surface with crystal clear waters. Swim, snorkel, or dive with turtles and colorful fish here. You can even swim into the caves as bats fly overhead. There are also plenty of wooden platforms where you can chill amid the lush nature and take lots of pictures.
Will will stop at a local spot for lunch before going back to the hotel.
Day 3 - Day to enjoy resort/ Sunset Beach Dinner
Enjoy your day at the resort and take in the amenities provided. Check out the spa or relax by the pool.
Tonight we will have a sunset dinner on the beach. We will head to Ziggy's Beach Club and enjoy a Tiki themed sunset dinner!
Day 4 - MMA Inspired Fitness Class
Today you will get in a great workout with MMA fitness class!
Day 5 - Time to say Goodbye
We trust you have had a great time, an amazing experience and made some great new friends along the way.
Hotel Checkout is 12 pm. Late check-out is available with the hotel based on availability and is to be paid and arranged with them directly at the time of check-in.

Hotel Check-in Requirements:
Check-in time at the hotel is 3 PM, so book your flights or plan your arrival time accordingly.
Your accommodation will be booked under the lead name of your booking. Anyone that is not named on your booking will not be permitted to stay in your room or attend the experiences. The lead person will be the one who actually checks into the property.
At the time of check-in, you will need to be 21 years of age, and present a valid Government-issued ID and a major credit card. The credit card will be used to cover incidental resort charges such as any optional room service or other purchases within the resort, and would also be used in the event that damages occur to the room (or for example smoking in a non-smoking room).

Our unique experiences are exclusive to members of The Booked Club and offered at exclusive member prices. However, there is limited availability on each trip so time is of the essence and you must be sure to register your place by April 25, 2025.
In order to bring you the best experience in curated travel, our Trips require a minimum of 20 participants, to attend any one Trip. If the minimum number of attendees is not reached, the Trip will be canceled, and your deposit will be returned in full.

Getting there:
Round-trip transfers to the resort from Cancun International Airport (CUN) (please ensure you have provided us with your arriving and departing flight information at least 14 days prior to departure).
Experience prices do not include airfare. It is highly recommended that you book as soon as possible since airfares typically increase as you approach your departure date.
As you know, some flights are non-refundable. We highly recommend booking a refundable flight option, and consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason should your plans change.
FINAL PAYMENT: Please note that the final payment is due April 25, 2025. If payment is not received by that date your reservation will cancel with no refund. This is your responsblity to pay. There is no automatic payment taken on that date. Payment can be made from the confirmation email or please reach out to us.

Cancellation Policy
We understand things change, and so we recommend you purchase suitable travel insurance to cover reimbursement for the cost of this trip, as well as any airfare or other travel costs.
Once you have made your booking there are no refunds permitted for cancellations after April 25, 2025, but you may be able to change the attendee names dependent on how close we are to departure. Please contact us immediately should your plans change.
