TRIP Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival + Grounding in Nairobi
Welcome to Kenya, sis. After your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to the iconic Olé Sereni Hotel, where the city meets the savanna. Settle in, exhale deeply, and take in your first African sunset. That first night is yours to ease into the experience—we’ll host a light welcome circle for those who’d like to connect.

Day 2 – Scenic Journey to the Maasai Mara
We hit the road with heart and intention, heading deep into the wild. The 5–6 hour scenic drive to Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp is a soul trek—where every mile unwinds the tightness you’ve been carrying. Arrive, exhale, and ease into your luxury tent surrounded by nature. That evening, we’ll share dinner under a sky that’s held stories older than time.

Day 3 – Game Drive + Private Bush Dinner
This is your National Geographic moment. We’ll explore the Maasai Mara National Reserve on a full-day game drive, tracking elephants, lions, and maybe even the Great Migration. Then, as the sun sinks low, we’ll gather for a private bush dinner—an intimate, fire-lit experience in the heart of the Mara.

Day 4 – Maasai Village Visit + Fireside Reflection
Step into the heartbeat of the culture.We’ll visit a nearby Maasai village to learn from one of Kenya’s most storied and soulful communities.This is a day of reverence, learning, and witnessing—and we close with time to process by the fire, in circle or solitude.

Day 5 – Return to Nairobi + Celebration Circle
We say farewell to the Mara and make our way back to Nairobi for one last night. You’ll have time to reflect, nap, or grab gifts along the way.That night, we hold space for a closing circle—to anchor the growth, the magic, and the bonds we’ve built.

Day 6 – Departure Day

- Gratuities- Gratuities (tips) are always optional, but definitely would be appropriate and much appreciated whenever you feel the staff serving you has done a great job!

CHECK-IN
Hotel Requirements:
Check-in time at the hotel is 2 PM, so book your flights or plan your arrival time accordingly.
Your accommodation will be booked under the lead name of your booking. Anyone that is not named on your booking will not be permitted to stay in your room or attend the experiences. The lead person will be the one who actually checks into the property.
At the time of check-in, you will need to be 21 years of age, and present a valid Government-issued ID and a major credit card. The credit card will be used to cover incidental resort charges such as any optional room service or other purchases within the resort, and would also be used in the event that damages occur to the room (or for example smoking in a non-smoking room).

We understand things change, and so we recommend you purchase suitable travel insurance to cover reimbursement for the cost of this trip, as well as any airfare or other travel costs.
Once you have made your booking there are no refunds permitted for cancellations after June 1, 2025, but you may be able to change the attendee names dependent on how close we are to departure. Please contact us immediately should your plans change.
