We're going to have so much fun!
Day 1 - Arrival Day
Arrive at the Olé Sereni and Check-inCheck-in time is 2.00 pm. Enjoy your night at Ole Sereni it is the most iconic hotel in Nairobi that sits opposite the Nairobi National Park.
Day 2 - Scenic Drive to Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp
Today we are off to your Luxury Camp. It will be a 5-6 hour scenic drive. Once there you can check in and relax and enjoy the wildlife and amazing food at the camp.
Day 3 - Maasai Mara National Reserve Game Drive and Private Bush Dinnerinner
The iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve is one of the world’s greatest wildlife sanctuaries. Together with theSerengeti, it forms one spectacular ecosystem with an incredible diversity of wild animals. It is one of the most famousNational Reserves not only in Kenya but in Africa at large. During ‘The Great Migration (July - October) over a millionwildebeest and thousands of other animals pass through, searching for fresh new grass after the rains. Game viewingis excellent year-round with an extraordinary density of animals, including the ‘big five’. The reserve is a photographer’sand naturalist’s paradise, with abundant elephant, buffalo, giraffe, lion and cheetah alongside the migratorywildebeest and zebra. The park is also home to over 450 bird species. The reserve covers 1510 square kilometer (583square miles).
Tonight we will have a Private Bush Dinner.
Day 4 - Masai Village Visit
Learn more about the Masai culture and experience their unchanged way of life for centuries, during the visit of atraditional Masai homestead or Manyatta. Enjoy the grace and beauty of the Masai people, and their colorful lifestyle.
Day 5 - Leave the Maasai Mara and go back to Nairobi for one night
Today we leave the camp and head back to Nairobi at the Olé Sereni for the night.
Day 6 - Time to say Goodbye
We trust you have had a great time, an amazing experience and made some great new friends along the way. Hotel Checkout is 11 am. Late check-out is available with the hotel based on availability and is to be paid and arranged with them directly at the time of check-in. We can't wait to see you again soon on the next amazing trip!

Airfare to Nairobi
Check-In
Hotel Check-in Requirements:
Check-in time at the hotel is 2 PM, so book your flights or plan your arrival time accordingly.
Your accommodation will be booked under the lead name of your booking. Anyone that is not named on your booking will not be permitted to stay in your room or attend the experiences. The lead person will be the one who actually checks into the property.
At the time of check-in, you will need to be 21 years of age, and present a valid Government-issued ID and a major credit card. The credit card will be used to cover incidental resort charges such as any optional room service or other purchases within the resort, and would also be used in the event that damages occur to the room (or for example smoking in a non-smoking room).

Our unique experiences are exclusive to members of Travelspace and offered at exclusive member prices. However, there is limited availability on each trip so time is of the essence and you must be sure to register your place by July 1, 2025, and make sure you invite your fellow members to join you in making this exquisite experience into memories that last a lifetime.
In order to bring you the best experience in curated travel, our Trips require a minimum of 20 Members, to attend any one Trip. If the minimum number of attendees is not reached, the Trip will be canceled, and your deposit will be returned in full.

Getting there:
Round-trip transfers to the resort from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) (please ensure you have provided us with your arriving and departing flight information at least 14 days prior to departure).
Experience prices do not include airfare. It is highly recommended that you book as soon as possible since airfares typically increase as you approach your departure date.
As you know, some flights are non-refundable. We highly recommend booking a refundable flight option, and consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason should your plans change.
FINAL PAYMENT: Please note that the final payment is due June 25, 2025. If payment is not received by that date your reservation will cancel with no refund. This is your responsblity to pay. There is no automatic payment taken on that date. Payment can be made from the confirmation email or please reach out to us.

Cancellation Policy
We understand things change, and so we recommend you purchase suitable travel insurance to cover reimbursement for the cost of this trip, as well as any airfare or other travel costs.
Once you have made your booking there are no refunds permitted for cancellations after June 1, 2025, but you may be able to change the attendee names dependent on how close we are to departure. Please contact us immediately should your plans change.
